This course, which is based on Mike's book Delivering Project Excellence with the Statement of Work, 2nd Edition, provides an insightful analysis of how the SOW can be used to mitigate against project failure and, in turn, improve the probability of success and return on investment of your projects. The discussion will address the process for developing a high-quality SOW, its role as a contractual supporting document, and how it's used as a baseline for measuring, managing, and auditing project change and performance.
